Returns & Refund Policy

At Kalleske Wines we strive to provide you with the best product possible.

We accept refunds and exchanges for incorrect, damaged and defective items. If you are unhappy with your wine, we offer a 30 day refund policy for goods on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition.

Please contact us immediately on 088563 4000 or via email wine@kalleske.com if there are any faults or breakages that occur during transit. Please retain your receipt/proof of purchase to complete your return.

We cannot offer a full refund if any item not in its original condition or is damaged after delivery of products or for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once the returned goods are delivered to us, you will receive a full refund within approximately 14 working days.

We will replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact at wine@kalleske.com. Please return your order in original box or similar packaging to: Kalleske Wines, 6 Murray St, Greenock SA 5360. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refund once your return has been received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For all change of mind returns we retain to right to review the wine once returned before offering any credit or refund. Please note that for change of mind refunds (including before dispatch), Kalleske Wines will on charge all credit card transaction fees and postage charges.
